Very helpful and knowledgeable technician (Bill) was very thorough in checking and repairing my Bryant Evolution heat pump. Even though technicians (Jeff was working with Bill today) had to go in and out of the house several times, they consistently remembered to "don their booties" to keep my (white) carpets clean. Answered questions about repair and possible causes of breakdown (yes, I'm interested in such things) cheerfully! Overall another excellent experience with CJS.
