Customer said it to quit blowing cold air for a minute. I found three low-voltage connections that were twisted and taped! I corrected wiring connections with proper wire knots. Also repaired wire connection at compressor capacitor connection. Diagnostic fee waived today. Air handler is in return cavity above ceiling, Accessed by sheet metal covers from outside of house. Found worn blower belt that is not accessible to replace. It's located on backside of air handler with no access.
