Patrick was knowledgeable, and friendly. He was unable to get our furnace to produce warmer air from the vents in the front of the house, but he gave us tips on weatherproofing the basement windows and the entry doors.
Jeff was professional, skillful, and informative while providing quality service.
jeff did a very professional job/service.
Was happy to have the technician come to get AC ready for the season. Friendly and honest. Quick repair to get me through.
Appointment scheduled for 1pm, but tech did not arrive until 2pm. I can understand delays, but the office did not notify me of an expected delay like they usually do. Regardless, the TECHNICIAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL as usual, and he worked with me to assure that my generator problem was solved with the AC start capacitor upgrade. VERY HAPPY WITH CLASSIC!
Gas inspection on my new was completed and a detailed report as well as a summary of what I can expect to repair was given all for a good price. As a home owner moving into a century home, I can better plan and budget based on findings from this inspection. So much better than a simple pass/fail report.
It took a little long for the service technician to get to the house. But, once he arrived it tool little time to repair the problem.
Patrick was great. Courteous. He put shoe covers on before he walked on my floors. He checked & cleaned all the parts of the furnace.
