Suction pressure: 100(33) . head pressure:271(89) . Return air: 69.5. wet bulb: 58 . Second floor system: checked Freon pressures and found suction pressure low and superheat very high: 35 degrees superheat. I added 1.5 pounds 410A. Reducing superheat but, thermostatic expansion valve is stuck. East addition system: Compressor:5.6A . Condenser fan:0.62A . Blower: 2.5A . ambient: 80 . liquid line: 99 . suction line: 41 . I found basement pressure negative: -.014 inches water column with both air-conditioners running. Basement has a large return air vent pulling a lot of air out of the basement. Needs makeup air. Work
