Cleaned and checked air conditioner. Checked drain. Checked voltage and amperage draw of motors. Tested capacitors. Checked Freon level. Replaced air filter. I found compressor not re-starting! Has reciprocating compressor with a non-equalizing metering device! I installed a start assist kit to ensure compressor starts every time. Has very thick condenser coil and very dirty. Back-flushed condenser coil with Water-Saber.
