We called Classic Heating and Air at 6PM on a Saturday evening. Seth called us right back, told us he'd be there between 8 and 8:30. He called five minutes out and arrived at 8:25 p.m. The problem was diagnosed and repaired and Seth stayed around to make sure the temp in the house dropped. We have not had a bit to trouble since. Excellent service and thorough explanation. We have found our new HVAC team.
