Project involved coordinating with drilling contractor for vertical loop field installation (4 bores at 200' depth). System utilizes closed-loop configuration with environmentally-friendly glycol solution. Removed existing conventional HVAC equipment and modified ductwork to accommodate new air handler specifications. Installed advanced zone control system allowing independent temperature regulation for first floor, second floor, and master suite. Connected to smart home integration system per customer specifications. Performed extensive testing of loop pressure, flow rates, and temperature differentials across all zones.
