Performed cooling maintenance on single ceiling cassette minisplit Mitsubishi unit in kitchen. Checked amperages of compressor and outdoor fan motor. Checked voltage across all legs and verified proper power. Checked outdoor condenser coil and checked condensate drain as well. Checked indoor unit operations and also checked the air filters. Checked temperature split and thermostat functionality. System is cooling and operational at this time.
