Jeremy did a great and swift job assessing and then fixing the issue we had with our heater! Apparently it’s a kind of rare outdated model but he knew exactly what to do. Also we made the appointment yesterday, very fast response time right before the holidays! Very much appreciated that! Will of course call him next time we have an issue!
