Performed preventative cooling maintenance on outdoor Carrier condensing unit. Checked amperages of compressor and outdoor condenser fan motor. Checked dual run capacitor to ensure proper microfarads. Checked voltage and ensured proper disconnect conditions. Checked refrigerant flow and mechanical operations outside. Washed outdoor condenser coil. Changed both indoor air filters. Checked temperature split between return and supply. Checked thermostat functionality. System cooling and operational at this time.
