Performed heating maintenance on attic RHEEM 80% split gas furnace. Checked amperages of indoor blower motor, inducer draft motor, and capacitor for blower. Checked voltage and verified proper fuse conditions. Cleaned flame sensor, checked pressure switch, and other safeties to ensure maximum efficiency. Checked flames and burners to ensure a good heat. Checked drain pan, gas line/flex and flu vent. Changed indoor filter. Checked temperature split and thermostat functionality. System heating and operational at this time.
