We just had our air conditioning fixed by Charlie . He really was the best. Not only did he fix the ac he talked me through everything and explained it all to me ( without being asked ). When I thanked him for this he responded “ an informed customer is a good customer “ . This really shows me how trustworthy and reliable he is. He was also very timely he showed up at my apartment at 11 , assessed the problem said it could fix it right now. Spoke to my landlord and said he would be back at 1. Showed up at 1 on the dot and fixed the problem. Was done in about 20 mins . I would Highly recommend this company !
