I sent a request for assistance with my home Heat Pump to C&M late Monday afternoon. Approx 8:00am I received a call from Cindy asking for additional info regarding my problem. She then scheduled a tech that morning. Two men arrived, we discussed issues and they proceeded to diagnose. They found a somewhat minor issue which they corrected. They also checked the entire system. They described the problem in depth and offered suggestions to improve the system while never trying to sell something that wasn’t necessary. I‘m not sure I can Praise them sufficiently. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and they enjoy their work. I was truly impressed with C&M and highly recommend the company for your residential Heating and AC needs.
