Mr. Cogburn personally handled my service call on a Saturday morning where some other service companies may see it as an emergency only service. I am truly grateful for that. I have great respect for his knowledge with cooling/heating systems, as well as what he is doing to project success for his company and his technicians. He quickly solved my AC problem; diagnosing the outdoor unit and my thermostat (where my problem lays). He is also very courteous and willing to discuss with you what he has done to fix the issues, giving you at least a little bit of guidance for troubleshooting/maintaining your HVAC system in the future. For someone who is technical-oriented, it is great to hear that bit of information, as long as you are willing to learn.
