AC started making a rattling noise. Put a claim in and Cogburns came out the next day. Come to find out, some screws came loose and was the reasoning for the rattling. Instead of trying to BS their way into “finding” something to replace or repair, Ricky simply just tightened the screws and called it a win for the day. Hard to find a good AC company that doesn’t try to pull on over on you.

Putting on a new Honeywell heat pump thermostat non-programmable
Power to a 2009 Goodman 90% furnace was off because of a faulty plug connected to an appliance cord
Dirty filter caused a fuse to blow and heater not to work properly
Dirty filter on 2008 Amana gas furnace causing problems with the heating system
Installing new 16 seer two-stage Amana hieat pump communicating system
Found a leak in a 2015 carrier air handler
Installing a new 3 1/2 ton Amana air handler
Doing a duct cleaning on a Goodman system. Cleaning the evaporator coil, blower housing and treating the drain lines. Adding a Whole House Air Purification (Air Scrubber) to remove viruses and bacteria from the home. Helps to eliminate dust and aides in odor control. Produces a hydrogen peroxide to attack particles in the air and on surfaces.
Resetting a 2010 Goodman gas furnace to turn the heat back on
