I am not sure why it took so long for my part to get to me. I also am shocked as to PREFERRED CUSTOMERS and the wait to have tune ups done. I thought we were suppose to have priority not the last in line. Had to schedule my tune-up 3 weeks away from when I called, then because of a problem with truck was told if we re-scheduled it would be another 3 weeks. Not very good I think. The part needed took 2 weeks to get to me also.
