I feel I was talked into the preferred customer program. The price of $299.95 for two service calls is excessive. I want to be charged only for the service call I received. I need to call or text you, but I need more information. The paper copy of the agreement I signed has many things that were not revealed during the sales pitch. I saw the service call advertised for $89 in Home Depot.
