Mike with Comfort By Design was awesome. He was extremely professional and listen to the issue I was experiencing with my fireplace. Mike viewed what he thought was occurring with my fireplace and delivered some solutions. After completing his work, he sat and observe the fireplace for approximately 45 - 60 min. (Which is the time frame the fireplace usually would begin to shut off). Thank you Mike for your quality and professional service. I know it's day one but I hope/think you solve the problem.
