Lee did an awesome and thorough job looking at our furnace and geothermal unit. He offered to go through how the geo process works, and he did a great job explaining it, and giving me great info on everything as well as tips on how to have it run more efficiently. He did a great job answering my questions, and was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable.
