Tony (service specialist) was very prompt, kind and personable. We've had our air conditioner and furnaced by CBD for many years, and have not been disappointed with the work the specialist perform. Tony was very knowledgeable about ways we could improve our furnaces life, (move the cat box). We will continue to use CBD in the future.
