Too expensive! Service was fine.

The cost to repair my furnace was outrageously ridiculous. I check the price of the replacement parts at several stores and both parts together were less than $50. Yet, the total job was $500 for 30 minutes of labor.

Fall tune-up success

Comfort Control and our tech Phillip took great care of us this Fall. They reminded us of the need to schedule an appointment, sent me reminders, worked around my schedule and called when the Tech was available to arrive earlier than the appt. time which was great for us. Keep up the good work!

Highly Overpriced

Pricing is way above normal, quoted me $700 to replace a Fan Motor and a capacitor under warranty. Other places charge 150 and that is including trip charge. They have lost my business

I found the system operating within normal parameters in all areas. The two returns we added are loud. I recommend we return and add more length to both duct runs to reduce sound. I recommended the filters be changed by no later then January.

Complete 2 heating pm check. Change filter and check operations. Find both heating system operating normal. Find house with split level. Upstairs furnace 75,000 BTU and downstairs only 50,000 BTU, need to switch furnace for proper load and improve comfort. Suggest customer to replace tstat with new tstat that can control fan to continue to move air flow to help with heat build up for upper level.

Find both system dirty, blower assembly dirty and both motor runstress with high amp with weak blower smc. Both system gas line not up to code( can not have flex gas line inside heater).
