Arrived on site, found upstairs unit freezing up due to system being low on refrigerant. Quoted to do leak search on system and customer declined repair. System not functioning at this time
Customer had another company come out and diagnose 2015 Lennox system with a leak in the evaporator coil. Performed leak search and leak detector did not pick up leak. Leak is most likely in coil as Lennox has had a huge issue with leaks in the evaporator coil in that year. Recommend changing evaporator coil. Refrigerant pressures are good for now. System is cooling at this time. Customer wanted me to check out his other system as well. Tested it and found everything within normal operating range. Customer wants to replace evaporator coil, will call Lennox to order part and schedule repair.
Completed 2 system maintenance on 17 year old units. Blowers are dirty coils have rust and corrosion on them. Neither has back up water safety to protect furnace from water damage. Upstairs has UV light attached. Downstairs need UV light for whole house purification. Changed filters. Drain lines are clear. Outdoor units have good pressures running on r22 Freon which is phased out. Capacitors are good. Systems missing compressor saver to take load off compressor during start up and allow compressor to live longer.

Recommend replacing system due to age and efficiency. Downstairs unit running good with good pressures. System has no back up water safety.
On site found system Incased in ice and water filled the pan. Defrost system clean water. Found evaporator coil leaking recommend to replace/update system. System is from 2001 operating with r22 refrigerant. First time client coupon applied. Need to call and have comfort advisor talk about replacement options.

Completed diagnostic. Found bad capacitor. Replaced capacitor. Signed customer up on maintenance plan. System is 10 years old running on 410 refigerant. Pressures are good. Contactor is good. Amps on both motors are good. System missing compressor saver and surge protection.
No cool upstairs. Discovered failed secondary controller in outdoor unit. Replaced controller and added compressor saver hard start kit to reduce stress on compressor and reduce energy consumption on start up which will extend the life of the compressor. Arrived on site to preform a one system maintenance. Indoor, changed filter and cleared drain line, checked electrical connections, amp draw and capacitance. Outdoor cleaned condenser coils and checked refrigerant pressures. Checked electrical connections, amp draw and capacitance. Unit is operating within manufacturer specs at this time
No cool downstairs system. Found bad blower capacitor causing blower motor to not turn on. Replaced blower capacitor. Found rusty, corroded evaporator coil likely to leak. Tested upstairs system too. Found black mold in both systems. Upstairs blower capacitor is weak (5uf). Customer just wants repairs and uv lights for now. I arrived on site to find unit low on R22 refrigerant, with a clogged drain line. Also found a weak blower capacitor and no primary water safety. due to age of system, the leak in the Refrigerant system and cost of repairs on older equipment, recommend replacing equipment
Completed diagnostic. Found system void of r22 Freon. System is 20 years old. Blower is dirty. System is very inefficient. System has no water safety attached. Due to age and price of repairs. Suggest replacing system. Having Garrett come out to give quote on Monday.
No cool main level. Discovered condensate pump failed and shut system off on safety. Replaced pump and system cooling at this time. System is extremely old and replacement is highly recommended.
