Ta was absolutely wonderful! I can honestly say that he was the best technician that has ever stepped foot into our home for any service we’ve ever had with anything. Very knowledgeable, kind, friendly, made me feel extremely comfortable .... And he knows what he’s doing!
Warranty issue resolved in less than 3 hours from the initial call, great service.
This was a great experience from the initial consultation through installation. The Comfort Control team were professional, courteous and communicated flawlessly. They even brought over some window AC units to use over the weekend before our Monday install.
It was outstanding!
I trusted Reese
TA Kim is the best service technician anyone can ask for. I had family coming into town this weekend and my Upstairs AC went out because of bad wiring. TA was able to suggest a wireless system and stayed and installed it till 9pm. He just left. He had me as a customer for life. That’s what customer service is all about

Evaporator coil severely impacted, impeding the ability to absorb heat. Equipment is r22 Lennox with quite a few years under its belt. I have explained to the customer of the risks of inadvertently creating a leak involved with pulling and cleaning an older evaporator coil. He understands and would like to proceed.
