Performed annual fall furnace maintenance on a residential customer's furnace. I ran the system to check the unit's performance and cleaned the unit. The system is working properly for the home, but I did advise the customer that the furnace was showing signs of age and it was probably going to need to be replaced in the next year or two. The customer was thankful for the service.
