Maintenance cumming. Cleared drain line. Changed filter. Did a leak search on the evaporator coil. Did not find any leaks. Blower wheel is clean. Did not find any cracks on the heat exchanger in the furnace. Outdoor capacitor is within range. Pressures are within range. System is cooling at this time. Condenser was covered in mud and gunk. Took apart the whole thing and cleaned it using chemical condenser cleaner.
