2 system AC maintenance in Decatur. Changed filters. Cleared drain lines. Checked mechanical and electrical components. Cleaned outdoor units/coils. Recommend overflow protection switch for both units to avoid water damage. Found downstairs and upstairs condenser to have a weak dual capacitor(40/5) recommend replacement to avoid a break down this summer. Recommend adding compressor saver hard start kits along with new capacitor to reduce strain on compressor and help extend the life of the compressor. Found upstairs condenser to be a little low on refrigerant. Added R410-A to upstairs system until manufacturers specifications. Systems are operating at this time.
