Very nice young man, friendly,Helpful with our questions & explanations . Through job with install and clean up and everything was very satisfactory . Thanks for such a quick response and install. Water heater was at a point it could have opened open and poured out the water. We only moved in three months ago and you have already resulted two major problems in our new residence. Thanks so much!
Jordan was professional, courteous, very knowledgeable about heat pumps, and arrived ahead of schedule! Agreed to 3 of 5 servicing items. Prices on 3 items seemed reasonable after discounts. Opted not to get the $1,400 ultraviolet system to prevent organic matter presence and was not offered any alternatives or how to self-clean. Company needs to revise the 'system check form' to properly annotate combustion checks do not apply to heat pumps. Otherwise, pleased with first service call with Comfort Control.
I am a real estate agent and needed a HVAC company to come out the same day to look at the unit on my seller’s home which we were closing on the next morning. Reece came out within 1 hour and fixed the issue for a great price. I would definitely recommend Comfort Control Heating and Air to anyone needing fast, reliable service at a great price!
