Paul was extremely flexible to work with my timing to make service call, he was exactly on time as planned, reviewed my problem and resolved in very short order. He was very courteous and explained my issue and how he resolved. Would welcome him on future service calls if needed.
Performed 1 system heating maintenance. Airhandler voltage absorbsion system metering under acceptable limits and needs to be replaced. System needs surge protection to prevent damage to electrical components. Outdoor unit voltage absorbsion system also metering low on fan side and needs to be replaced. Replaced indoor and outdoor voltage absorbsion systems. Installed surge protector. Recovered 1 1/2 pounds of r410a. System was overcharged and shutting offon high pressure. If system needs to have refrigerant added because of recovery in spring there will be no charge.
Performed 1 system heating maintenance. Observed no form of power protection. Recommend installing surge protector to keep electrical components from damage. System requires combustion calibration to adjust firing rate within acceptable ranges. Blower wheel minimally dirty. Chemically Cleaning wheel may increase efficiency to a small extent. Cleaned drain line and added union. Please send customer paper copy. Performed combustion calibration and installed surge protector. Changed 16x25x5 media filter.
Pulled and cleaned blower wheel. Ran and tested and system operating at this time.
Performed 1 system heating maintenance. Changed 5" media filter. Addedpvc union for cleanout
Performed 2 system heating maintenance. Main level furnace has bad voltage absorbsion system. Hot surface igniter worn but operational. Recommend replacing igniter. Replaced main level igniter and voltage absorbsion system.
No heat downstairs. Check and find faulty electrical control system for heater. Replace electrical control HE1B and heating system operate. Sign up 2 CCI PLAN and need to set schedule to come back to complete 2 heating pm check. Note: customer upgraded upstairs system in summer 2017 but not working well and would like to double check on cooling system in the summer on 2018.
Performed 1 system heating maintenance. No form of power protection at furnace. Recommend installing surge protector to keep electrical components from damage. Blower wheel has large amounts of dirt and grime and needs to be cleaned to restore air movement system efficiency and balance. Pvc has clean out tee outside of pan and will overflow on drywall if line clogs. Recommend installing e-z flow switch to shut down system if backup is noticed. Installed e-z flow inline switch. Chemically cleaned blower wheel. System operating properly at this time.
Performed 2 system heating maintenance. Found significant amount of black mold in upstairs supply plenum. Installed apco u/v light system upstairs. Main level furnace blower wheel very dirty and needs to be chemically cleaned to restore efficiency and balance. Both systems operating normal at this time.
Upstairs system operating properly. Supply plenum is ductboard and susceptible to mold growth, recommend u/v lighting system to kill any possible mold, bacteria and odors. Upstairs furnace has only a switch disconnect and is open to electrical damage. Recommend surge protector to keep board and motors from damage. Insulation level low in attic. Need at least 6" of blown in insulation to bring R value up. Cleaned downstairs blower wheel and replaced voltage absorbsion system. Downstairs system operating properly at this time.
Performed 1 System Maintenance. Homeowner is concerned about noise in Master Bedroom. I have informed the homeowner to leave one of the other zones to the home a degree higher then the Master Bedroom to lower the noise. If noise is still a problem they know to call the office for another possible solution.

Blower wheel very dirty and Needs to be chemically cleaned. System operating properly at this time. Chemically cleaned blower wheel. Blower wheel is in brand new condition. Installed surge protector. System is now protected electrically. Homeowner wants paper copy of invoice sent to her.

Performed 1 system heating maintenance. Changed out 3 year old u/v lamps. Customer is concerned with white powder that is coming out of the vents. I did see signs of white powder on and around the evaporator coil but not sure where it is coming from. System is operating properly at this time
Renew cci plan and complete heating pm check. Change filter aprilaire 610. Check system safety and operation. Find system operating normal at this time of visit. Suggest performances enhancement system to help compressor start up and reduced load.
Completed maintnenace on furnace. Unit is heating normal at this time. Found evaporator coil rusty could cause refrigerant issues in near future. Recommend apco air purifier to prevent mold and bacteria in system.
