We are extremely please with how quickly Comfort Control reacted to our situation and need to have Ta come out so quickly to resolve it. He was extremely personable and easy to talk to about our problem and what needed to be done. And he did it in a most timely fashion. We couldn't be more pleased. We will ask for Ta to service our future needs. He is the best! We are very fortunate to have Comfort Control as our HVAC Vendor. We will continue to refer people to CC.
The technician came out when I requested ,in the evening. Reece came out and went to work immediately. He resolved it within a resesonable time. He was very polite and pleasant to talk with.

Failed thermostat. Replaced with Aprilaire 8448. Please schedule me to return on Tuesday with a thermostat plate as the new one left an unpainted area exposed due to size. Please mail receipt to Ms. Surman.
Found system low on r22. R22 is being phased out by the epa in 2020. Recommend replacing system. Customer wants to recharge system and add leak sealer (no guarantee on leak seal). Recharged system with 3 lbs r22, added leak sealer and system is cooling at this time.
Found furnace power switch in off position. Turned it on and system is operating. Tested system and found weak blower motor controller and burnt voltage distribution system, recommend repairs. System has no water safety and is therefore not up to code, recommend adding on to protect ceiling from potential water damage. Emailed customer estimates
Found heatpump system on low pressure lockout. System is less than a year old. Reset system and pressures were good. Cycled power off and on and problem did not re present itself.

System overcharged. Recovered 2 lbs 410a. System operating properly at this time.
1 system a/c repair preventative maintenance. Replaced filter, spray coil. Found system with a phaseout freon and low on charge. Added 2 lbs of freon to the system and cooling normally at this time.

Found outdoor compressor loud noise on startup. Found burnt/pitted main switch. Recommend to replace burnt main switch and add a compressor saver to help system on startup.
