2 system ac maintenance in Lilburn. Changed filters. Cleared drain lines. Checked mechanical and electrical components. Washed outdoor units. Found upstairs furnace has no form of water safety, recommend 2 forms of water safety to prevent damage from a possible drain line clog. Found main level system has weak blower motor capacitor(7.5) and dirty blower wheel, recommend replacement and pull and clean service. Recommend adding wet switch to system in basement. Systems are operating at this time.
