Complete 1 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. System making noise at outdoor system. Find upstairs system compressor faulty and making loud noise but still operating but will fail. Per Tom, need order new 3 Ton cooling outdoor unit and replace. Need to get with Tom for details.
