Two system tune up in Loganville. Arrived on site, checked filters and cleared barometric ports, checked ignition systems, electrical connections, amp draw and capacitance. Found older unit that services the left side of house has no aux drain pan and no water safty. Recommended installing wet switch to sense any moisture in the event the unit were to fail. Recommend replacing equipment in near future due to age as well as condition of equipment. The newer system that services the right side of house is functioning on a weak blower motor capacitor. I also recommend installing a secondary water safty switch to protect the electrical systems as well as serve as a backup for the pan switch. Static pressure in both units is fantastic except across the filters, recommend installing electro-static filter to help with air flow as well as helping to better clean air as it enters the system. Also, I recommend installing surge protection to both of the indoor units to protect electrical systems.
