Hvac tune up in Loganville, Georgia. Two systems. Changed filters. Found upstairs system not coming on due to high voltage wiring going into furnace burnt. Both nest thermostats did not have common wire hooked up. Hooked up both common wires to both thermostats and control boards and repaired high voltage wiring going into upstairs furnace. Tested mechanical and electrical components. Found downstairs ignitor to be worn. Found downstairs flame sensor to be bad and intermittently failing. Found downstairs blower wheel to be dirty. Found no water safety on either system. Found evaporator coils to be rusty, corroded and likely to leak refrigerant. Found upstairs ignitor to be worn. Found upstairs blower capacitor to be extremely weak, reading a measurement of 2 microfarads when it is rated for 10, could fail at any time. Found downstairs disconnect box for condenser to be broken with melted plug. Downstairs Ac is not functioning due to this. Found downstairs main electrical switch with ba
