Two system cooling maintenance in norcross. Arrived on site, checked filter and cleared drain line, checked electrical connections, amp draw, capacitance, checked condenser coil and refrigerant pressures. Found both systems with weak blower motor capacitors, replaced, and only one form of water safty. Recommend installing surge protector to each piece of equipment, secondary water safty switch to each evaporator coil to prevent water damage to electrical systems and compressor assist kit to each outdoor unit to prolong the life of the compressor. Both systems are operating normally at this time.
