Heating maintenance in Roswell. Tested operation of 1 furnace. All electrical components tested within normal manufacturing spec. System is under firing and needs to be calibrated. System and occupant health would greatly benefit from ultraviolet light system to combat organic and viral growth with every bit of air inside home being circulated through system 4 times an hour on average. System has no drain line water safety to help prevent flooding of the furnace in the case of common drain line clogs. System heating at this time. Stalled drain line water safety and calibrated furnace.
Heating maintenance in Roswell. Discovered system under firing. Ducks are very dirty and need to be cleaned. System is heating at this time. Homeowners have chosen to have a duck cleaning performed to improve indoor air quality. Need to call and schedule paid in full
Ac repair in Roswell. Homeowner stated that the outdoor unit for the main level system was not coming on, system was blowing air but not cooling. Turn thermostat on and everything came on. Tested all components. System Is 17years old worn out and in desperate need of replacement. Homeowner declined any repairs as the system stated working.

Discovered upstairs system operation normal for both heating and cooling although there is no filter in system and Filter door needs to be adjusted to be able to shut it all the way. Basement system not heating or cooling. System has restriction in the refrigeration circuit causing the system to shut off on high pressure. Restriction needs to be located and repaired for proper operation.

Completed diagnostic on 3 year commercial unit. Thermostat not wired correctly to activate reversing valve. Re wired. System also was charge way over the limit of refrigerant that it calls for. Was locking out on high pressure. Retrieved refrigerant to get pressures good. 25 degree superheat and 9 degree subcool. System cooling at this time.

Main level secondary controller starting to become weak but is barely within manufacturing spec. Adding compressor saver to the system will extend the life of the controller, reduce stress on the compressor, and reduce energy consumption on startup. Neither system has has a drain line water safety to help prevent flooding in the case of common drain line clogs. Main level system main electrical switch has bugs and chewed up in the contacts and is causing it to burn. Both systems cooling at this time.

Complete 1 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Discovered system with organic growth inside indoor unit which circulates air inside the home. Systems gravity drain line has spots where it runs uphill and the outdoor secondary controller is weak. Need to replace outdoor controller, at a minimum add drain line water safety to the system to shut the system down if the unit stops draining which would help prevent flooding in the attic, and install an antimicrobial ultraviolet system to combat organic growth. Could not gain access to inside to turn the system on to check pressures.
Complete 1 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Conducted leak search. Discovered a leak in the horizontal section of the refrigerant line on the roof. Tightened loose connection on suction line flare fitting and recharge system. System operation normal at this time.

Homeowner concern is a burning like urine smell coming from the kitchen vent. There was a substantial amount of microbial particles in the ductwork when we installed the ultraviolet system. Pulled bulb out and removed particle stuck to it. Systems needs duct cleaning. Homeowner will call and schedule duct cleaning next week
