Discovered both systems with weak blower motor controllers, need duct cleanings, compressor savers to reduce stress on compressor and reduce energy consumption on start up which will extend the life of the system, upstairs needs drain line water safety. Main level has a weak secondary controller outside of manufacturing spec. Recommend ultraviolet light system to combat organic and viral growth in systems and throughout the home.
