The job was done as perfectly as one could home. They arrived as scheduled at 8:30, and completed the job at 1:30 with no surprises and everything in perfect order. The price was exactly as quoted. The best part is how professional the team was. It was a great experience.

Response from Comfort Control Heating & Air:
Thank you, Maria!
Good solid service, only issue was that he wore his inside shoe covers outside to his truck to get a new filter. I asked him to change his covers which he did when he returned which was no problem.
once again Ta Kim did a awesome job and Im proud to say he is a valued asset to your company. Please always send me him, he is very happy-go-lucky and explains everything that needs to be done
Good guy, good service, thanks!
Found system working. Pressures are good. Coils are breaking down. High head pressure. Due to age recommend upgrading condenser and coil along with the Blower Motor. Oil around the outside of blower motor. Quoted to replace the cooling section and the blower motor.
Completed a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Replaced filter. Cleared drain. Chemical washed condenser coil. Amps and pressures are good. The system is cooling well at this time.
Completed a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. The filter is clean. Washed condenser coil. Amps and pressures are good. The system is cooling well at this time. Recommend installing APCO UV for mold growth.
System off from open float switch. Switch did not reset. Changed switch to a different brand and cleared drain with nitrogen.
No cool a/c repair call. Signed up for new Comfort Club Membership. Left filter for the owner, cleaned dirty condenser coil. Replaced downstairs starter. Added 3 lbs to the upstairs and main floor systems. 2 of the systems are cooling normally.
No cool a/c repair call. Found system has frozen. Switch to heat to thaw frozen coil. Charged the system to 10 degrees superheat. Tighten all the compression fitting and caps. Tested and cooling normally at this time
The main drain line overflow switch was tripping for no reason. Possibly due to high pressure due to the zone system. Removed the switch so there is just one in the secondary line.
Warranty water leak. Ceiling repairs needed.

Arrived at home to find water coming out of emergency drain line in back of house. Upstairs system- Air Handler emergency drain pan was full of water due to clogged primary 3/4" PVC drain line. Debris was removed from primary PVC drain line. Also, no union was found in primary PVC drain line. The technician installed union into 3/4" primary PVC drain line at upstairs Air Handler. All water was vacuumed from emergency drain pan to ensure no moisture is left in emergency drain pan. Technician also checked system pressures for downstairs AC system, Normal superheat, normal subcooling. Both Outdoor unit were cleaned and washed off. Debris on coil. Both Systems cool properly and upstairs system drain issue was fixed.
Found a bad evaporator coil in the air handler. No refrigerant flow causing the system not to cool. The system is outdated. Repair cost will exceed the value o f the system. Quoted to replace the system.
No cool a/c repair call for the basement system. Found bad starter, burnt/pitted main switch and weak hard start kit. Replaced starter, main switch and installed compressor saver. Tested and system cooling at this time
Found lid on condenser missing most of its screws and side not on correctly. The compressor was unplugged. Found bad compressor. Customer needs a new system. Gave quote for a new system along with 2 new return plenums, a new 12" bypass damper, a new 12" return, and a new 8" supply. Since the system is a 4-ton system it would benefit from having two return plenums. Return air is undersized so adding a 12" return would correct that. Adding an 8" supply would correct undersized supply. The customer wants to think over options.
Completed a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Filter is cleaned by the customer. Chemical washed condenser. Amps and pressures are good. Signed customer up for Comfort Club membership.
2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check complete. Changed filters. Found rusty drain pan and rusty evaporator coil upstairs. Upstairs blower motor controller is running weak. Installed a union on drain line and cleared line. Added chlorine tablets to condensate pump. Found weak voltage absorption system in basement system. Found low r22 levels in upstairs system. Due to age and condition of systems, recommend upgrading systems to more reliable, more efficient systems. Replaced upstairs blower motor controller, added leak sealer to upstairs system, recharged upstairs system, replaced downstairs voltage absorption system and installed hard start kits in both systems. Systems are cooling at this time. Customer signed up for Comfort Club Membership plan.
