We were in a bad spot when our AC unit went bad this week. After hiring a different company to come out and service our unit and give us recommendations, the best they could is try to sell us a whole new system, which would have consisted of just the AC unit and coils. They mentioned a ballpark price of around $8k. Wow! On a hunch, we decided to wait before telling them to go ahead and called Comfort Control. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and quick. We felt he was honest about what we needed and saved us from buying a whole new system. Glad we find these guys.
We did not like the news that our compressor was locked up, but the technician was great, and the communication and options were very clear. It was the best we could have hoped for in a d news situation.
Jordan was timely on arrival and took extra time to answer questions. Very informative and knowledgeable and quoted a fair price
Tech ws excellant. Give him a bonus!! & next time, give me a senior citizen discount!!!! At least 25% off!
