Ac repair in Sugar hill. Changed up bulb in upstairs system
2 system ac maintenance in Buford. Changed filters. Cleared drain lines. Checked mechanical and electrical components. Found upstairs blower wheel to be very dirty, recommend pull and clean service. Found upstairs blower capacitor(10) to be weak, recommend replacement. Found upstairs thermostat to have a faulty mode selection switch, recommend replacement. Found basement system blower wheel to be dirty, recommend pull and clean service. Found basement system to have a weak blower capacitor(5), recommend replacement. Found both evaporator coils to be dirty, recommend clean in place service. Found mold inside supply on basement system, recommend UV purification system to kill mold, bacteria and viruses. Found burnt and pitted contractor on upstairs condenser, recommend replacement. Due to the age, condition and cost of repairing both systems I recommend upgrading to a new and more efficient setup. Systems are operating at this time.
Complete system tune up, in sugar hill Ga. two systems. Customer has $49 tune up coupon. Checked all electrical and mechanical components.replaced filters. Found evaporator coil to be rusty and corroded and likely to leak refrigerant. Found both systems not to have any water protection under the evaporator coil. Recommend having to protect system. Recommend installing hard start kits to help system run smoother and last longer. System is function correctly at this time.
No cool sugar hill. Completed diagnostic. Found system running poorly with very dirty blower wheel all 3 capacitors weak fan outdoor capacitor dead. Fan motor bad outside. Filter not able to filter air properly with current setup. System has no water safety attached. Outdoor system has no disconnect installed. System is 21 years old running on r22 which has been phased out. Due to age and efficiency and cost of repairs recommend replacing system.

Uv bulbs need to be changed, outdoor units need compressor saver hard start kits and water heater is 13 years old so it is past itâ€™s expected lifespan and replacement should be HIGHLY considered. Changed downstairs uv bulb. Need to return to replace upstairs. Systems cooling at this time. Paid in full for uv bulbs.
Complete system tune up in sugar hill Ga, 2 systems. Checked all electrical and mechanical components. Changed both filters . Found blower wheel to be dirty and can cause air flow to slow down . Both system with no water safety , recommended installing two forms of water protection to prevent water damage. Found the downstairs furnace flame sensor is weak. Found downstairs furnace blower capacitor weak ( 4.3/7.5). Found upstairs furnace blower capacitor weak as well ( 7.5/10) . Found downstairs at condenser dual capacitor to be weak(37/40). Systems are from 2003 recommended upgrading to a more reliable and more sufficient system. Both systems are running at this time.

Found main level furnace with weak blower motor capacitor and duel run capacitor. Recommend installing surge protector to each piece of equipment as well as secondary water safty, and a compressor assist kit to each outdoor unit to prolong the life of the compressor. Both systems are operating at this time.

(under parts warranty, but not labor). Also recommend installing secondary water safty switch to evaporator coil and surge protection to each piece of equipment. Unit is operating normally at this time.
3 system tune up in sugar hill. Arrived on site, checked filters, electrical connections, amp draw, capacitance, checked condenser coil and refrigerant pressures. Found upstairs system not cooling due to dead duel run capacitor, needs to be addressed. Recommended installing surge protector to each piece of equipment as well as compressor assist kits to each outdoor unit. Found main level unit from 1998-99. Has rusted evaporator coil, dirty blower motor assembly and warn ignitor and flame sensor as well as no form of water safty and no aux drain pan. Main level is low on refrigerant and has a burned and pitted contactor. Recommended replacing main level system due to age and condition of equipment. Left disconnect for upstairs outdoor unit off to prevent any more damage to system. Other units are operating at this time

Two system cooling maintenance in sugar hill. Arrived on site, changed two clogged filters causing an air obstruction, cleared drain line, checked electrical connections, amp draw and capacitance, cleaned outdoor coils and checked refrigerant pressures, found both systems are from 2008, both have corrosion on the evaporator coil, dirty blower assemblies and weak blower capacitors. Upstairs system low on refrigerant. Charged 2lbs R22. Both systems are operating at this time, but I recommend replacing equipment in near future due to age and condition of equipment.
