Arrived at a customer's home to resolve problems they had concerning the air ducts in their home. The ducts were thoroughly inspected and a leak was discovered in the ductwork. I replaced the compromised portion of the ducts to resolve the issue. The customer's home is now more comfortable and energy-efficient.
