Ac diagnostic in Winder, Georgia. Upstairs system not cooling. Tested system. Found system with no emergency drain pan and no water safety whatsoever. Found system with heavy amounts of mold. Found system low on r22 which is a refrigerant that has been phased out by the epa. Found dual capacitor to very weak (50/5 mfd). Found electrical pitting present on main electrical switch. Suction line by unit is missing insulation. Unit is very dirty. Disconnect box is in bad shape. System needs to be replaced. Customer is going to think over options. Recommended leaving unit off to avoid water damage.
