Was sent here to do seasonal service from Old Republic Warranty Co. BJ was the technician and explained what was covered or not and cost if I wanted it performed if service/part would be out of pocket. I appreciated that as my unit is over 10 years old now and it’s best to keep maintained each season. Very professional and represented his company as well as himself in a way that left a good impression resulting in having them come back in future.
