Complete 2 Systems 2 Cooling Maintenances. US Goodman HP Split System. Checked tstat and air filter. Checked blower motor amp draw and run cap. Run cap 8.4 out of 10 uf. Inspected all wiring at the AH. Inspected evap coil. Drain line found clear. Checked compressor and cfm amp draws. Checked pressures. Inspected all wiring at the condenser unit. Checked dual cap. Cleaned condenser coil. System is running great at this time. DS Goodman HP Split System. Checked tstat and air filter. Checked blower motor amp draw and run cap. Inspected all wiring at the Gas Furnace. Inspected evap coil. Drain line found clear. Checked pressures. System found completely out of ref. Spoke to ho about it. He stated he will be calling his home warranty and get a dispatch transfered to us. Inspected all wiring at the condenser unit. Checked dual cap. Cleaned condenser coil. System is not running great at this time.
