The technician was very professional and it appears did a good job. He’s the only positive feedback. Unfortunately, the phone customer service was horrible! It was a very cumbersome process to access the appropriate dept and point of contact, which required a lot of calling back and forth and being bumped around and constantly getting a vmail. Heaven forbid if I wasn’t waiting by my phone or working and missed a call! The phone triage service is ridiculous and needs to be streamlined. If I ever need a service again tht is outside my warranty coverage, I will go with a local business and certainly will not choose your business! The 4 stars is for the tech ONLY! Otherwise, I would give 1 star for the full experience.
