Complete 2 System worked on both MainFloor Left Carrier Straight A/C and Basement/Floor Carrier Straight A/C. Came to perform EPA Cooling Maintenance on both systems. Mainfloor LefSide Carrier Straight A/C: Checked thermostat and air filters. Removed air filter. Checked blower motor amp draws. Checked all wiring. Inspected evap coil and blower wheel. Checked run cap. Made sure drain line was clear. Checked cfm and compressor amp draws. Checked dual cap. Compressor side weak, reading 24.1 out of 35. HO said she will call her home warranty. Cleaned condenser coil. Checked pressures. Found system 1 lbs low in ref. HO said she will call her HW. System needs 1 lbs of R22 and dual cap replaced to run great. Basement/Right Side Carrier Straight A/C: Checked thermostat and air filters. Checked blower motor amp draws. Checked all wiring. Inspected evap coil and blower wheel. Made sure drain line was clear. Checked cfm and compressor amp draws. Checked dual cap. Cleaned condenser coil
