James came out after a 14 hour day, driving over 2 hours to get to my house. “ My A/C isn’t working and it’s 88 degrees in my house” It was 98 yesterday ! Within 5 minutes he had diagnosed the problem, Fixed it and A/C is working again. I also would like to thank Paige for her kindness and assistance. She listened patiently and assured me she understood and would see what she could do. Thanks for going the extra mile. rs
