Disappointed that the 1st tech didn’t find the problem and had to have my family be without air for two weeks. 1st tech said there was no issue with the unit but was 2lbs low. Less than 24 hours later the unit wasn’t blowing out hot air air. 2nd tech comes out and advises it was a leak in the evaporator coil and that this would’ve been found by the 1st tech if a leak test was performed. Very disappointed and frustrated with the entire process.
