Terry was sent to our home through a warranty we have with American Home Shield. This is the FIRST time we've had a service call for HVAC that I felt the service received was exceptional. Terry was timely, professional and friendly. In addition, he was quick to diagnose and resolve the problem. While it would have been very easy for him to tell me we "needed" refrigerant, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the refrigerant was full and that our unit simply needed a couple of parts. Integrity rates at the top of my expectations and Terry definitely demonstrated that he, too, values this quality. Highly recommend Terry and Comfort First.
