Billy came out and realized that more investigation needed to be done considering both of our recently repaired systems were not operating correctly. He dug in and discovered a leak on the downstairs unit repaired it and hot the system operational again. Investigated the upstairs unit and discovered that the evaporator coil was leaking. He went over the process and options available. We now know that once the part arrives that Billy will be back out to make our older upstairs unit operate as good as new!
