System running upon arrival. Verified overall operation. All 3 zones were open. Basement zone was not hooked up. Allowing basement to continue to cool. Wires were not attached. I attached them, damper closed for basement, damper now does not want to reopen. Appears that the zone panel is a big part of the issue. This is more than likely the reason the wires were not attached. Replacing the zone panel would be the starting point. Did also find motor starter and booster failing. Did open 3 closed registers on main level. Also increased the airflow to blower motor . Due to age and condition replacement is the best route. Chris will come out at 3pm next week Tuesday to quote replacement.
