Perfomed AC precision tune up. Clean and tune up AC; cleaned condenser coil, checked all outdoor electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked refrigerant levels, and tested overall AC operation and Furnace precision tune up; clean and tune up furnace; clean burners, test ignition components, adjust gas level, test safety circuit, check indoor motors, checked all electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked heating temperatures, and tested overall furnace operation. Ac is not operating properly due to airflow issue. This is being caused by small return ductwork and poor air distribution in home. Capacitor is failing and no longer operating properly. Due to age and current condition of ac unit, I do encourage replacement. Furnace is operating at this time as well. Heat exchanger has clear weak spots.
