Performed Furnace precision tune up; clean and tune up furnace; clean burners, test ignition components, adjust gas level, test safety circuit, check indoor motors, checked all electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked heating temperatures, and tested overall furnace operation and AC precision tune up. Clean and tune up AC; cleaned condenser coil, checked all outdoor electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked refrigerant levels, and tested overall AC operation. Furnace blower motor is failing. Gas shut off not to code. Furnace would have to be red tagged if shut off was not addressed. Heat exchanger is in very poor condition. Do not recommend keeping furnace in home. High,t encourage replacement of furnace. Ac is low on refrigerant and electrical in ac is failing. I do not recommend any repairs to this system. It’s age and issues is making for very inefficient equipment. Brandon will meet with you this Thursday at 5 for replacement furnace options.
