Homeowner stated that home would get up to 73 to 75 degrees and would never reach set point temperature on thermostat. Also stated that the system would run pretty much the entire day. Verified airflow and checked refrigerant levels and found the system to be low on refrigerant. This will cause major cooling efficiency inside the home and will cause the system to work harder and improper as it should. All recommendations declined at this time, Chris A will meet with you sept. 6th to go over air conditioner replacement.
