Furnace precision tune up; clean and tune up furnace; clean burners, test ignition components, adjust gas level, test safety circuit, check indoor motors, checked all electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked heating temperatures, and tested overall furnace operation. Main flame safety out of range. This will cause furnace to not operate. Recommend vent protection to prevent animals from getting into furnace exhaust. AC precision tune up. Clean and tune up AC; cleaned condenser coil, checked all outdoor electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked refrigerant levels, and tested overall AC operation. Recommend new motor booster and start kit o enhance operation of ac and regent breakdowns. System low on refrigerant. Due to it being 4 years old, leak search and repair is recommended. If leak is in repairable location, will have to replace leaking components. I will follow up with customer to confirm what warranty would come into effect for repair.
