AC precision tune up. Clean and tune up AC; cleaned condenser coil, checked all outdoor electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked refrigerant levels, and tested overall AC operation. Furnace precision tune up; clean and tune up furnace, clean burners, test ignition components, adjust gas level, test safety circuit, check indoor motors, checked all electrical components, tested indoor airflow, checked heating temperatures, and tested overall furnace function. Upon inspection found that the wheel that moves the air throughout the house is dirty and it’s encouraged to get that cleaned to increase overall efficiency of the unit. Also found that the thermostat was causing homeowner issues and should think about replacement. Lastly due to construction of basement, changing the filter every 3 months is encouraged. All recommendations declined at this time.
