Customer explained how system was making loud noises. Had customer bring me to unit and turned it on and pointed out the noise she heard. The noise is coming from the compressor once it goes into second stage cooling. Compressor is starting to mechanically fail. Refrigerant levels are also dropping again. Also found mechanical room wet from drain line on ac blocked. Swapped drain line with new. Due to age and condition, replacement is encouraged. Will have Chris come out 9-19-22 to quote replacement.
